Being a Victoria local, he was excited to chat up the craft beer menu and served up bevies like we were his personal bartender. Ethan didn’t miss a beat on beverages that were close to a refill and his wit and conversation exemplified his craft. His knowledge of food and beverage locations in downtown Vancouver exemplified his ambassadorship in the Vancouver hospitality industry. If we could give Ethan and Browns we would. We look forward to repeat service on our next visit to Vancouver. ”

“ My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a rainy day. We were able to be sat immediately and the restaurant was nice and cozy. I ordered the chicken cowboy salad and my husband got the poke. Both had generous servings and were delicious. Our waitress was kind and helpful as well. ”

“ Came to Brown's for our anniversary dinner, my girlfriend had never been to Brown's before so I brought her here as I love their food. We started our meal with their yam fries and aioli dip, and for drinks she ordered the coffee buzz martini while I got the alcohol free mango spritz. (As a recovering alcoholic I would just like to add that the mango spritz is the BEST mocktail I've ever ordered, I even had to ask my waitress to make sure there wasn't alcohol in my drink as someone that's been dealing with a lot of cravings as of late it made my mind very pleased.) Now for the mains, my girlfriend ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo while I ordered the southwest rice bowl, both were absolutely delicious. I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of our scrumptious dessert but for dessert we order the Oreo cookie jar and split it (as we were quite full). From being seated to being served the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, our water was refilled promptly when starting to run low and upon each dish being served shortly after we were asked if everything was to our liking, which to be honest was above and beyond. Whole there we found out that that particular location is the largest of the Brown's Socialhouse and let me tell you it was exquisite, I loved the layout and decor, and the vibes were great, I definitely will be coming back to this one despite living in the tei cities as the experience was just wonderful. ”
